When will I be paid my commission?

Commissions are paid monthly on the 15th of each month for all affiliates eligible for payment. An affiliate eligible for a payment is defined as having $100+ in approved commissions at the time of payouts being performed.

When a new commission is made, it is not immediately available for payment. Commissions will become approved for a payout after 60 days, provided the account remains active and does not violate any of our affiliate policies.

During the 60 day window, commissions enter a number of phases which are represented within the affiliate portal and described below.

Phase 1: Delayed Commission

A Delayed Commission is a relatively new commission within the initial 60-day holding period. This is an automated holding period giving time for customers to request a refund and/or submit a cancellation request.

Phase 2: Pending Approval

Once a commission hits the 60-day mark, provided it is still active, the commission will move from the Delayed status to the Pending Approval status and is guaranteed to be reviewed before the next payout (as defined above).

During this stage, the commission is reviewed for potential fraud and TOS violations. Provided everything looks OK, the commission will be moved to the Approved status.

If a commission changes from Delayed Commission to Pending Approval during the payout window, provided payouts have not already gone out, the commission will be reviewed and paid out.

Commissions entering the Pending Approval status after payouts have already gone out will be held for the next payout. For example, we pay affiliates on the 15th of each month. If your commission is approved on the 16th, your payout will be held until the following 15th.

Phase 3: Approved

Commissions in the Approved status are eligible for a payout. Provided your affiliate account meets the minimum threshold to be paid ($100+), you can expect your commission to be paid during the next payout.
