Great support. Helped me migrate and extremely outdated platform I've had almost no experience with that was dumped on my department. Way above what I've had at other hosting providers. Plans are also affordable. Plan to switch my other accounts over when they are up for renewal.

I received advise from cPanel to reset my SSL. i followed the link provided but did could not log in as i exhausted known usernames. Contacted support and Alex A in support was very prompt. lex advised he sorted the SSL issue for me so not to worry about that and guided me thru what is should do and where i should look to retrieve my log in details

I have been in the web design business for over a decade now and during that time I have had the opportunity (or misfortune) to try many hosting providers.

They claim to be the fastest hosting provider and no doubt, my WP sites do load fast BUT I don't really buy when a hosting company claims to be the fastest given the many variables for each person (how the site has been built, visitor location, server location etc).

For me, HostDash stands out on the customer service side. All of my tickets are typically answered in less than 15 minutes (more often that not with a resolution) and that is hard to beat in todays world.

As my clients hosting packages come up for renewal I'll be moving them to HostDash.

I used to host with HostGator and my WordPress website was compromised with Malware. My only resolution was to pay hundreds for SiteLock... after not getting anywhere with support tickets I moved my websites over to HostDash who handled everything from restoring my website from backups and cleaning the website from all the malware.

Since hosting with them they have helped me optimize my website giving me a noticeable increase in website speed. While I try to avoid WordPress plugins they did add LSCache which I guess is the driver behind most of the performance.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Host dash to anyone looking for a hosting provider that actually cares.

I was paying A2 $20.99/mo for their Turbo plan primarily for the LiteSpeed web server but HostDash includes LiteSpeed across all of their plans... I'm now paying half the price I was paying A2, getting a better service and a faster website

Alex and the team at HostDash have really done a great job with their web hosting platform. When it comes to web hosting, there are thousands of options to choose from and it's sometime hard to make the right choice. I mean, are the reviews we read "real" or are they made up etc. Well HostDash is real and they back up their "realness" with top quality support, assistance and web servers which are super fast and user friendly. If you're looking for a web hosting company who truly cares about you, a web hosting company who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're always happy, and a company who continually asks for feedback to improve the overall user experience, then talk to HostDash today as you'll be very happy with your decision to use their servers. Hostdash contacted me on Reddit after I created a post on the issues at my old hosting provider. I was hesitant at first because I haven’t heard of them before but I went ahead given they offer a 60 day money back policy. Fast forward to today and I am pleased to say I made the right choice.

After migrating I asked them to see if there are any optimizations that can be made to boost performance, they went in and made various changes including a new caching setup (I see the LSCache WP plugin has been installed) which has made my website much faster!

I think it is safe to say I won’t be needing their money back policy

I migrated to HostDash from Arvixe and just wanted to express my huge thanks for the impressive service so far. The support difference is night and day.

Migration:
I wasn’t sure how to move a website from one host to another so
when I contacted HostDash they said they could handle it for me, and
they did with the migration being completed on the same day.

Pricing:
They are a tad on the higher side for the initial purchase, but the prices they advertise are lifetime prices. Most providers I evaluated appeared to suck you in with high discounts and then significantly higher renewals, but that isn’t the case with HD so it balances out.

While HostDash is smaller, their value for money in excellent with the free migration and free domain name. I currently host two websites. I'd recommend for anyone on a budget but still looking for a good hosting provider.

HostDash migrated my site after my previous host went down during a server migration. So far I have received better support in the days that I have been with them than the 4 years at my previous host. Highly recommended!
